    How do I know if I’ve won?

    Winners will be chosen at random and the winning tickets will be included with your Doyoueven order… so be sure to carefully check your package!

    I’ve won a ticket! How do I claim my prize?

    Congratulations!! Full instructions on how to redeem your prize will be listed on the ticket itself. Simply email our Customer Experience Team at contact@doyoueven.com with the following:

  • A photo of you with the Golden Ticket or Blackout Ticket.
  • Photo identification showing your full name that matches the name on your original order.
  • How long do I have to redeem my prize?

    Ticket winners have 22 days from the day of delivery to redeem their prize.

    If a winner has not contacted Doyoueven one week after their order has been delivered, Doyoueven will email the winner from contact@doyoueven.com If the winner is unable to be contacted within 15 business days after the first email, another winner will be drawn and the original winner will no longer be eligible to receive the prize.

    Unfortunately, we can’t refund orders placed prior to the 7th to reflect our Blackout offer. We began advertising our Blackout offers on the 1st of November to make sure our DYE Family was aware these amazing deals were just around the corner!     All discount codes and personal store credits will be switched off during the sale period, as our prices will far outweigh the normal prices, even when the discount code is applied.

    All Athlete/Ambassador support codes remain active, allowing you to continue supporting them, although there is no additional discount associated with these codes.

    Can I use a gift card code during the sale?

    Yes! All gift cards can be used at the checkout during the Doyoueven Blackout Sale.

  • What is the freight cost for AU/NZ orders?

    Within Australia, all orders are shipped using the Australia Post service. All orders will automatically apply for Australia Post Standard Shipping for $10 AUD and you can upgrade to Express Shipping for an additional $5 AUD.

    For our NZ customers, your order can be shipped either by DHL Express for $25 AUD or Australia Post International for $15 AUD, the choice is yours!

    What is the freight cost of international orders?

    We offer multiple global shipping options for our international customers. International customers can choose from DHL Express starting at $25 AUD (3-6 business days) or Australia Post Tracked Shipping starting at $15 AUD (10-15 business days).

    Why does my order not qualify for free shipping?

    Our free shipping option for Australian orders over $99 AUD has been turned off for the duration of the Doyoueven Blackout Sale.

    All orders within Australia will be shipped via Australia Post Standard Shipping for a flat rate of $10 AUD and you can also upgrade your order to Express Shipping for an additional $5 AUD.

    Will I need to pay extra duties or taxes on top of my shipping cost?

    Depending on where you are located, unfortunately, in some cases, the answer is YES. These are local government charges and are not imposed or controlled by Doyoueven. We recommend contacting your local customs office to see if duties or taxes are payable in your country.

    How long does shipping take?

    Below is a rough guide on the shipping timeframes for each service. Please note, due to the increased amount of parcels that freight companies receive during this time, your package may be delayed by an additional 5 business days.

  • Australia Post Express Shipping - 1-3 business days
  • DHL Express - 3-7 business days

    Why hasn’t my order been dispatched?

    Our team of superstars in the warehouse are working around the clock to have your goodies shipped out to you as quickly as possible.

    However, due to the significant increase in orders please allow an additional 3 business days for your order to be dispatched from our facility.

    Will my order be prioritised if I get Express Shipping?

    Sadly not. Your order will be fulfilled and dispatched from our facility in order of when it was placed.

    Express shipping does not mean that your order will be fulfilled faster at our facility however, it does mean that it will be prioritised by Australia Post or DHL once your order has been dispatched.
