Blackout FAQS

1. Will I be charged customs fees on my order?

All orders are being processed from our Australian warehouse. This means orders might be susceptible to customs fees being imposed. We would advise checking in with your local couriers to understand the taxes and fees involved. 

2. Can I exchange / return items bought during the Black Friday Sale?

Yes you can! Returns will be processed as per our normal returns policy:

Full price & sales* items can be returned for a full refund less shipping within 30 days of receipt of product.

  • We offer exchanges for the wrong size. We process your return for an immediate credit note that allows you to repurchase the correct size you're after. We are unable to offer exchanges for wrong size, you can however return for a credit note and repurchase the correct size.

  • Returns must be received in their original, unworn condition, with all packaging, tags and labels attached. Doyoueven reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with company standards and will return the garments at the customers own expense.

  • Return shipping is payable by the customer. We recommend using a prepaid, traceable method to ensure safe delivery. Doyoueven takes no responsibility for missing parcels without proof of delivery.

  • Credit notes will be issued once returns have been received and approved for credit.

  • Credit notes are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

3. Can I use Athlete/discount codes during the sale?

No other discount code can be used in conjunction with the Black Friday - Cyber Monday Sales, this includes Athlete Affiliate Links. All products have been automatically discounted, so there’s no need for any codes at all.

4. Will you be restocking any items during/before the sale?

Unfortunately there won't be any restocks before or during the sale. Everything is available is currently online. It's first in, best dressed!

5. Oops, I made an error on my order, can I change this?

If you have made an error on your order you must contact our team immediately at contact@doyoueven.com in order to try and have the change rectified. Please note, that an order change will be dependent on your first point of contact (email is priority). During sale periods, our warehousing and dispatch team work around the clock to try and process orders as quickly as possible, therefore these changes may or may not be able to be changed, so please be sure to double check your order before clicking confirm and pay. 

6. I put in the wrong address, can I change this?

Again, this is dependent on how busy our team are and when our support team tend to your query, however, don’t stress, once your order is dispatched and you receive tracking, you can contact your national couriers (which can be found here: http://www.upu.int/en/the-upu/member-countries.html) to make these changes to your address.

7. Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide and offer tracking shipping via Australia Post and Express Shipping via DHL. If you'd like any further information on shipping pricing click here!

8. Will shipping be delayed?

All orders are generally processed within 24 working hours but due to the overwhelming orders received over the Blackout Sales period, orders placed during this time may experience a delay of dispatch of up to 3 business days. Please check your email for any updates regarding the dispatch and process of your order- an email notification will be sent, with your tracking information, as soon as your order has been processed.

9. Can you pre-load your cart?

Yes, you can preload your cart with the items you're after before the sale goes live. However, please note, that if the item is sold out upon commencement of the sale you will not be able to purchase the preloaded items in your checkout cart.

10. How do I get the Blackout Bundle Pack?

The Blackout Bundle is ONLY available to our first 500 customers who spend over $250AUD. Once you've spent $250AUD the Blackout Bundle Pack is automatically added to your checkout cart so you don't have to fiddle around trying to add the products to your cart! We've done the work for you :)

11. Is free shipping running during the sale?

Yes, how amazing are we? Our free shipping thresholds will be running as usual - $50AUD for our Australian customers and $150AUD for International customers. Happy shopping!!
