When does the Doyoueven Easter Sale go live?

The Doyoueven Easter Sale kicks off on Thursday April 6th at 12 PM (AEST) and ends on Wednesday April 12th at 11:59 PM (AEST).

What’s on offer for the Easter Sale?

For the duration of the Easter Sale everything (including new releases) will be discounted by up to 61% OFF!

In addition to this, we have some egg-citing Easter bundles offering 2 items for $50 and 3 items for $99 AUD over select styles and collections

The sale price and discounts will be listed on each item so you can see exactly how much you’re saving.

Can I take advantage of the 2 for $50 and the 3 for $99 bundles more than once in one order?

Of course! You can add multiple bundles to your order and your cart will be discounted accordingly.

Is there a code that I need to enter to receive the discount?

Nope! To make things super simple, everything will be automatically discounted on our website.

Is this sale available on the Doyoueven App?

Absolutely! All items will be automatically discounted on the Doyoueven App just like on the website!

Will there be any restocks?

Unfortunately, there won’t be any restocks during the Easter Sale.

I placed an order before the sale! Can you refund me the price difference to reflect the current discounts?

Unfortunately, we can’t refund orders placed prior to the 6th of April to reflect our Easter Sale offers.

Can I add to my order after I checkout?

We’re unable to add additional items to your order once it’s been placed. Be sure to double-check you have the correct goodies in your cart before hitting that checkout button!

Can I add to my order or change my shipping address after I checkout?

Can I return any items purchased during the sale?

You’re more than welcome to return any items purchased during the Easter Sale.

Please note, if returning for an in-store credit or refund, this will be for the amount that you paid for this item on sale and not the original price of the item.

Can I use discount codes or personal store credits during the sale?

All discount codes and personal store credits will be switched off during the sale period, as our prices will far outweigh the normal prices, even when the discount code is applied.

All Athlete/Ambassador support codes remain active, allowing you to continue supporting them, although there is no additional discount associated with these codes.

Can I use a gift card code during the sale?

Yes! All gift cards can be used at the checkout during the Easter Sale.

What is the freight cost for AU orders?

Within Australia, all orders are shipped using the Australia Post service.

Orders over $150 AUD will qualify for FREE Standard Shipping and you can upgrade to Express Shipping for an additional $5 AUD.

Orders under $150 AUD have the option of Australia Post Standard Shipping for $10 AUD or Express Shipping for an additional $15 AUD.

What is the freight cost for NZ orders?

For our NZ customers, your order can be shipped either by DHL Express for $25 AUD or Australia Post International for $15 AUD, the choice is yours!

What is the freight cost of international orders?

We offer multiple global shipping options for our international customers.

International customers can choose from DHL Express starting at $25 AUD (3-6 business days) or Australia Post Tracked Shipping starting at $15 AUD (10-15 business days).

Will I need to pay extra duties or taxes on top of my shipping cost?

This depends on where you’re located, however in most cases, the answer is YES. These are local government charges and are not imposed or controlled by Doyoueven. We recommend contacting your local customs office to see if duties or taxes are payable in your country.

How long does shipping take?

Below is a rough guide on the shipping timeframes for each service.

Please note, due to the increased amount of parcels that freight companies receive during this time, your package may be delayed by an additional 5 business days.

    Why hasn’t my order been dispatched?

    Our team of superstars in the warehouse are working around the clock to have your goodies shipped out to you as quickly as possible.

    However, due to the significant increase in orders please allow an additional 3 business days for your order to be dispatched from our facility.

    Will my order be prioritised if I get Express Shipping?

    Sadly not. Your order will be fulfilled and dispatched from our facility in order of when it was placed.

    Express shipping does not mean that your order will be fulfilled faster at our facility however, it does mean that it will be prioritised by Australia Post or DHL once your order has been dispatched.
