Q - Can I use a Discount Code, an Athlete/Ambassador Code or my Store Credit during the sale..?
A - Store Credits can absolutely be used during the sale - simply add the code prior to checkout and the discount is automatically applied.
Unfortunately all Discount Codes have been switched off during the sale and will not be active.
However all Athlete/Ambassador support codes remain active allowing you to continue supporting them, however there is no additional discount associated with these codes.
A - We offer FREE SHIPPING for orders over $99.00 AUD. There is a $10 AUD flat rate applied to orders under $99 AUD.
A - All orders over $150.00 NZD receive free EXPRESS shipping.
A - Unfortunately we are unable to offer any international Free Shipping this year.
A - While we absorb much of the freight charge, there is a $20 AUD flat fee.
A - All international orders are shipped EXPRESS via DHL and generally take between 5-10 business days to arrive.
All orders within Australia are also shipped EXPRESS via AusPost eParcel and usually take between 2-5 days to arrive depending on your location.
A - Given the ongoing global issues caused by COVID19, our previous freight provided is unable to offer this service. As a result ALL orders are shipped via DHL Express.
A - Due to the significant increase in orders we receive during this period, plus the worldwide situation with COVID-19, you may see a slight delay in your order of up to 3-5 business days.
A - In most cases, unfortunately the answer is YES. These are local government charges and are not controlled or imposed by Doyoueven, or our freight provider. We recommend you contact your local customs office to see if duties or taxes are payable in your country.
A - Yes you can! Returns will be processed as per our normal returns policy:
Full price & sales* items can be returned for a full refund less shipping within 30 days of receipt of product.We are unable to offer exchanges on wrong size items for international customers, however you can return for a store credit and repurchase the correct size.
Returns must be received in their original, unworn condition, with all packaging, tags and labels attached. Doyoueven reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with company standards and will return the garments at the customers own expense.
Return shipping is payable by the customer. We recommend using a prepaid, traceable method to ensure safe delivery. Doyoueven takes no responsibility for missing parcels without proof of delivery.
Credit notes will be issued once returns have been received and approved for credit.
