"I never truly understand how much work (physical + mental) someone has to put in when living with disability, until I’m living with one. From being in my deathbed to standing here today is such a blessing in itself. I couldn’t be happier with how far I’ve come!"
"When I realized that I had found myself along the way, my fitness journey became one of my proudest moments. For me it is more than simply fitness, it is self-realization, an escape for mental health and so much more."
@cara.can.do.it"For 8 weeks now I’ve worked hard, some days harder than others! But that’s ok, I am still going, I continue to get back on track and do what I know works and continue making more positive changes than I ever have in my lifetime!"
@kikivhyce“My greatest accomplishment in my sport definitely has to be connecting with so many people around the world who are on their own journey to a better self - and also being able to be a part of that journey for many. Sure, the training PB’s, competition trophies, titles and my achievements in IFBB have been big milestones in my career, however, I feel like the journey would not have been the same without the people I have had the honour of connecting with along the way. It has been amazing to share my story and learn of the many others out there who walk their own path on a similar journey. Finding those authentic connections and building such a strong community of people definitely has to be one of my biggest accomplishments - and brings me much joy and fulfilment in what I do.”

“I started training when I was very young and I was very shy and insecure and not sure of myself at all. The woman I’ve become whilst training and embarking on my fitness journey is just the complete opposite of that. I can definitely say that the mental strength I’ve gained from training is definitely my biggest accomplishment. I feel more confident in myself, I know who I am, and how capable I am of obtaining the things I want in life.”

"My greatest achievement in health and fitness would be either earning my degree in food science and masters in nutrition or completing all of the 2019 crossfit open workouts (it was no easy feat)"
