What is the Doyoueven Rewards Program?

The Doyoueven Rewards Program is our way of saying thank you and giving back to our Amazing Doyoueven Army for their continued support 💖

You can earn Marks for actions such as following us on socials, referring a friend, making a purchase and more. Once you’ve earned your Marks you can redeem them for super savings on your next order!

How do I redeem my Marks?

Simply log into your account on the Doyoueven app or on our website and at the checkout you will be prompted to redeem your Marks for a discount. Your discount will be automatically applied to your current cart.

How do I earn Marks?

Every $1 AUD spent is 1 Doyoueven Mark.

Plus, you can earn extra Marks for actions such as referring a friend and letting us know your birthday.

How long are my Marks valid for?

Forever! There is currently no expiration date on the Marks that you earn.

How long does it take for Marks to appear in my account?

Marks that you earn should appear in your rewards account immediately.

Can I use a discount code AND redeem my Marks?

Unfortunately not, you can only use one or the other at the checkout.

Best practice is to use your discount code right away and save up your Marks to redeem a greater reward later!

Can I redeem a discount with my Marks during a sale?

All discount codes including any discounts redeemed with your Marks are disabled during sale periods.

Can I earn Marks during a sale?

Absolutely! Sale periods are a great time to grab all your favourite goodies and earn some Marks at the same time 🙌

Is there a limit to how many Marks I can earn?

Nope!

I referred a friend but I haven’t received my discount?

Once you’ve referred a friend through our rewards program, your friend will need to follow the link provided and place their first order before you receive your discount.

Is there a limit to how many friends I can refer to Doyoueven?

Feel free to share your referral link far and wide as there’s no limit 💪

However, please note, once a friend uses your referral link, they can’t use it again.

I entered my birthday but didn’t receive my reward?

Party planning takes time so you will need to let us know your birthday at least 1 month in advance to receive your discount.

You will receive this reward in your account 30 days before your birthday.

Can I transfer my Marks from another account?

Unfortunately not, at this time we’re unable to transfer Marks from one Doyoueven account to another.

Will past orders count for Marks?

Only orders placed from the 1st of July 2022 onwards, will qualify for Marks.

Will I lose Marks if I cancel an order?

If you cancel your order, the Marks associated with this order will be deducted from your account.

Can I redeem Marks for cash?

Cash discounts for your future order, yes!

Actual cash refunded back into your account, no.

Where can I check how many Marks I have?

You can check your Marks balance through the rewards tab on the Doyoueven app or if you’re browsing on our website there will be a rewards pop up at the bottom left hand corner on the homepage and checkout.

I forgot to login! Can my Marks be added to my account?

That’s okay! Marks are associated with your email address so as long as you used the same email address as the one linked to your rewards account, then the Marks earned from your new order will be added to your account.
