Welcome Kali Burns!

Doyoueven is incredibly excited to kick of 2020 by welcoming Kali Burns to the DYE Family. We've long been admirers of Kali's fitness journey and are so pleased to announce she's joined the team.

Kali if you don't know her, is Sydney based PT, Fitness Model and Health & Fitness Influencer. She's been sharing her fitness journey and building her brand in the worldwide fitness community for years.

We took 5 with Kali to discuss her biggest motivators and inspiration, as well as what we loves most about becoming a part of Team Doyoueven.

What mantra do you live by? 
Push yourself, because no one else is going to do it for you.

Your go-to workout is? 
Definitely hamstrings and glutes! When I train I focus on intensity, and hit different stimulus so my body is constantly being challenged.

What got you started in the fitness industry?
I began working out after being bullied as a teenager. The gym was my escape; it helped rebuild my confidence and improve my mindset. Having seen the amazing positive effects of training and fuelling my body with quality nutrients, I knew this was my calling and wanted to help people do the same!

Best advice you were ever given?
As I started my Instagram account quite young and was busy & working hard to build my business - a lot of people wanted to tear me down or didn't understand the path I wanted to take. If I would have listened to them, I wouldn't be in the position I am now. 

Sometimes the people around you won't understand your journey. They don't need to. It's not for them

What advice would you give to anyone looking to start their fitness journey?
Get experience! Of course qualifications and education will get you the job, but passion and experience combined will get you further!
