INGREDIENTS

100mls vanilla unsweetened almond milk
200g organic desiccated coconut
100g salted caramel whey protein
80g organic rice malt syrup
Ground nutmeg
Ground cinnamon
Ground ginger

METHOD

1/   Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
2/   Weigh out portions into into 30 x (20g) serves and roll into balls.
3/   Refridgerate to set.
4/   Enjoy!
