Yes, absolutely. All orders over $150 AUD placed between 12PM (AEST), Wednesday 20/07/2022 and 11.59PM, (AEST), Sunday, 24/07/2022 are in the running.

Unfortunately not. The FITBENCH® One weighs over 225kg and we are unable to ship this internationally, only customers based in Australia are eligible to qualify for the Major Prize including the FITBENCH® One.

Don’t worry though, it’s not all bad news! All international orders over $150 AUD will still go into the running for the chance to win the other prizes available!

All discount codes will be switched off during the sale period, as our sale prices will far outweigh the normal prices, even when the discount code is applied.

All Athlete/Ambassador support codes remain active, allowing you to continue supporting them, although there is no additional discount associated with these codes.

Our free shipping option for Australian orders over $99 AUD and New Zealand orders over $150 NZD, has been turned off for the duration of the Get You Started Sale.

All orders within Australia will be shipped via Australia Post Standard Shipping for a flat rate of $10 AUD, you can also upgrade your order to Express Shipping for an additional $5 AUD.

We also offer multiple global shipping options for our international customers. International customers can choose from DHL Express (3-6 business days) or Australia Post Tracked Shipping (10-15 business days).

Unfortunately not. Your order will be fulfilled and dispatched from our facility in order of when it was placed.

Express shipping does mean that it will be prioritised by Australia Post or DHL.

Unfortunately, we can’t add additional items to your order once it’s been placed.

Be sure to double-check you have the correct goodies in your cart before hitting that checkout button!

Our team of superstars are working super hard to have your goodies shipped out to you as quickly as possible.

However, due to the significant increase in orders, please allow an additional 3 business days for your order to be dispatched from our facility.
