Pre-Order FAQ 


What is a Pre-Order?  

A Pre-Order item is a product on our website that you can purchase before it arrives at our warehouse and becomes available for shipment.


How do I know what items are on Pre-Order?  

Pre-Order items will be marked as such on the product page of each item.
You will also be notified that you are purchasing pre-order items when you reach the checkout.


When will my Pre-Order items ship?  

An estimated shipment date will be listed on the product page as well as at the checkout and on your confirmation email. 

Please note, due to potential freight delays please allow an extra 3 business from the listed estimated date to receive a shipment notification. 


If there is a significant change in the expected shipping date we will be sure to notify you via email. 


How will I know when my Pre-Order items have shipped?  

Just like normal! Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive and email with your tracking information 💌


Can I purchase other in-stock items along with my Pre-Order items?

Yes! You can place an order that includes both pre-order items and other in-stock items. 

In this case, your entire order will be placed on hold until we receive the pre-order items and then everything will be shipped out to you in one package. 


If you would prefer in-stock items to ship immediately, we recommend placing a separate order for them. 


Why is there a Pre-Order item sold out? Will it be restocked? 

Pre-Order quantities are limited and it is possible that a specific size or colour way might sell out. These styles will not be restocked again at this time so be sure to get it quick to avoid missing out 🏃‍♂️💨


What is your returns policy for Pre-Order items?  

Our normal returns policy applies for any items purchased on pre-order. 

The 60 day return window starts once your order is dispatched from our warehouse! 


When do I have to pay for my Pre-Order items?  

To guarantee that your item is reserved before it arrives at our warehouse, payment is collected at the time of the order being placed. 


Is there a limit on how many Pre-Order items I can purchase?  

Nope! We would never put a limit on your favourites! 


How can I change the shipping address on my order?

To edit your shipping address, you can reach out to our amazing customer service team via Live Chat, Facebook Messenger, Instagram DM or Email (contact@doyoueven.com).
Simply include your order number along with the new shipping address that you’d like to use and we’ll do our best to have this fixed up for you. 


Can I edit or add to my order once it’s been placed?

Unfortunately, we can’t edit or add additional items to your order once it’s been placed.

Be sure to double check you have the correct goodies in your cart before hitting that checkout button! 


Will my order be prioritised if I get Express Shipping? 

Unfortunately not. Your order will be fulfilled and dispatched from our facility in order of when it was placed. Express shipping does mean though that it will be prioritised by Australia Post or DHL.
